BAIXA HOUSE, LISBON

This refurbished 18th century building has been transformed into 13 short-term holiday apartments in central Lisbon. If you’re travelling as a family or group, or planning a longer stay I think it’s a great option! It’s centrally located downtown in the Baixa district, and there are a fantastic assortment of cafés, restaurants and bars close by.

Each apartment is different and uniquely furnished with a stylish mix of quirky, vintage pieces and newer items. The bathrooms and kitchens are renovated and modern in style, and an array of basic provisions are provided for your arrival including olive oil, tea, coffee and muesli.

Breakfast provisions are delivered each morning and include items such as fresh bread, fruit, yoghurt, home-made jams, juices, milk and cake. Basic housekeeping is provided everyday and most apartments have their own washing machine/dryer - an essential when travelling!

I love this property and think it would definitely feel like a ‘home away from home’ - this is the experience I most prefer when I travel. I can’t wait to visit Lisbon and Baixa House is definitely ‘On my radar’ for a wonderful spot to stay. Click on the link below to check it out!
