LA CUISINE D’AMÉLIE
Whether you’re enjoying a stay at Domaine de Fontenille, or simply visiting this area of Provence, make sure you dine here. The hotel restaurants are open to the public as well as to hotel guests.
There are two beautiful restaurants to choose from at Domaine de Fontenille - the fine dining ‘Le Champ des Lunes’ or the more casual bistro ‘La Cuisine d’Amélie’ overlooking their superb garden and water feature. Their Michelin starred Chef Jérome Faure oversee’s both restaurants, and doesn’t disappoint with his inventive cuisine, seasonal menu and locally sourced produce.
We ate at La Cuisine d’Amélie every morning for breakfast on the terrace, and then we enjoyed several dinners here sitting outside under the shade of the 100 year old plane trees. The food was superb and the setting is magical.
Make sure you book in advance and check the days they are open when planning your visit.
